The membrane filter press is an intermittent solid-liquid separation equipment. During the application process, when the feeding is completed, the high-pressure fluid or gas medium can be injected into the membrane plate.
At this time, the entire membrane will bulge to compress the filter cake, thereby achieving further dehydration of the filter cake.
The structure of the polypropylene membrane filter press is that the bracket, main beam, hydraulic device and tail plate are installed at both ends of the main beam, and the piston rod of the hydraulic device is connected to the head plate.
The reinforced polypropylene filter plate has stable chemical properties, strong corrosion resistance, acid, alkali, and salt erosion resistance, non-toxic, odorless, light weight, high strength, and labor-saving operation.

Structural Features:

The membrane filter press consists of a membrane plate and a chamber filter plate arranged to form a filter chamber. The slurry is fed into the filter chamber under the pressure of the feed pump.

The solids and liquids in the slurry are separated through the filter medium (filter cloth). When the solids in the slurry form a cake, air is introduced into the membrane. 

The solids in the filter chamber are fully squeezed to reduce the moisture content. This machine has its unique characteristics for filtering sticky materials and users with high requirements for moisture content.

The filter plate is molded with reinforced polypropylene, and the membrane and polypropylene plate are inlaid together, which is firm and reliable, not easy to fall off, and has a long service life. 

The membrane filter press realizes the filtration process of efficient dehydration, and can ensure that the filter press has the best filtration effect, greatly reducing the moisture content of the filter cake. 

After the feeding process is completed, the filter cake is squeezed to improve the dehydration efficiency of the whole machine, increase the dryness of the filter cake, reduce pollution and reduce labor,

Even in some processes, the drying process can be omitted.
